Do one of the following: Launch the meeting on the Zoom client if it’s already downloaded on your device. A pop-up window will prompt you to open or download the application. Enter the meeting ID provided by the host/organizer. Remember: As with any link in an email, verify that the email is legitimate. Enter the meeting ID and passcode in Zoom In your web browser, go to /join. If you see a message that The meeting has not started, the host isn't logged into Zoom yet. To join a meeting using the Zoom mobile app, you can open a link in your email or calendar, or you can enter in the Meeting ID and passcode if you know it.Then enter your name in the box provided. Adjust your microphone and camera settings as needed, and when you're ready to join the meeting, click the blue button that says Join. Although there are several ways to join a Zoom meeting, the most common is to join from an email message or meeting invitation. If you're logged in, click the 'Join' tile from the 'Home' tab. Then click Join from Your Browser at the bottom of the screen. There might be a pop-up which asks if Zoom can use your microphone and camera. Join from a Meeting ID Open the Zoom desktop app and select the 'Join' option from the app homepage.Then click the blue button that says Launch Meeting, and Cancel (in the pop-up) once more. If you want to avoid downloading the app, click Cancel.If you click Open, it will take you through the process of downloading the app. This is the easiest way to join a meeting. When you click the link (usually sent via email or text), you will see a pop-up at the top of the screen. If you received a meeting invitation containing a link to a Zoom meeting, click the link to be connected to Zoom.
